Refund policy

At Shopvastrika.com, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • In the same condition as you received it.

  • With original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice.

Certain products such as innerwear, cosmetics, accessories, or items marked as “Sale/Final Sale” are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange for clothing if the required size is available.

All exchanges are subject to a processing fee of ₹199.

If the product is out of stock, you may choose a different product of the same value or request a store credit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received, return shipping will be free.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, discounted/sale items, innerwear, and beauty/cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank/payment provider.
